The occasionally slow Felix startup issue I was looking at seems to have been fixed last week so things are looking good to me.
I tested on my Mac, Ubuntu 8.10 and Windows XP tonight and all seem to be working well. I did notice that the sshd shell is a little strange when running under Windows because it seems to inherit the WindowsTerminal type from the host OS, but this seems like a lot of work to fix right now and should be able to wait for a bugfix release. I haven't seen any other issues that merit holding up the release.
