One issue, I just come up with a solution to fix https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SMX4-233, if it's ok, we need change servicemix.sh and servicemix.bat in kernel.

The occasionally slow Felix startup issue I was looking at seems to have
been fixed last week so things are looking good to me.

I tested on my Mac, Ubuntu 8.10 and Windows XP tonight and all seem to be
working well. I did notice that the sshd shell is a little strange when
running under Windows because it seems to inherit the WindowsTerminal type
from the host OS, but this seems like a lot of work to fix right now and
should be able to wait for a bugfix release. I haven't seen any other
issues that merit holding up the release.

I've done a bit of testing and fixed a couple of problems related to the
admin and wrapper shell commands which were quite broken. I'll start the
release tomorrow, but I'd appreciate if people could give it a try on
different platforms (linux, windows, etc...)

I'm about to start releasing Kernel 1.1.0
Please speak up now if there are any blocking problems that should be
addressed before the release.
