I have checked in the 2.5.0-beta1 artifacts to the dist repo [1]. I did not check in the existing artifacts from the dist site though since those should be archived as they are no longer the most current release. I think the infra team probably needs to enable pubsub on our folder since I haven't seen anything copied over to the official distribution site yet. I have updated the JIRA I created letting the infra team know that we have checked in the artifacts [2] hopefully they will then enable pubsub on the folder.
