Note: we had an issue previously for this, SIS-11 [1], however
that was basically a CLI to expose querying and the Qtree interface.
This was a GSoC 2012 summer project proposal, but in the end, I think
that Charith ended up taking it even though it wasn't accepted for
GSoC 2012.
Thank for letting me know. I think that we can find a way to merge the
options listed in SIS-11 with the proposal. For example SIS-11 list the
"-georss" option, which could become "--format georss" in the new
proposal. The "-d" (for distance) and "-radius" options may need more
though, since I would like to wider the scope to map projections. Maybe
we could revisit those later options after the sis-referencing module is in.
