I had to ignore some tests as they cause ambiguous results depending on the jdk version (prior jdk8 behaves differently then jdk11) and jdk implementations (oracle jdk behaves differently then openjdk). The reason is the change of the [Locale Data Providers](https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk11-suported-locales.html) which with jdk >= 9 has CLDR but maybe in different versions. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
