[~empire29] Yes, passing these to the dispatcher should work and I think is the
way to go.
Now, these request/response objects should work exactly as the ones from Slings
servlet helpers - so whatever you needed to do there, applies here as well.
Regarding bindings, these are set by the script engine, so when you call
include() on the dispatcher these should be set
