We cannot be consistent across deployments (at least not in a comfortable
manner) with {{repository.home}} under {{\[settings\]}}/{{sling.properties}} as
it is a framework property which cannot be set in a Karaf Feature. So I'm in
favor for configuration per service as done in
[r1675575|https://svn.apache.org/r1675575] or Karaf.
