Hi Rahul,

Thanks for all of your effort in addressing the issues related to
running/testing Solr on Windows.

It doesn’t seem like the current issues call for a new RC to be built and
voted on. They still need to be fixed (in the next release) but the current
RC shouldn’t cause actual issues.

What are your thoughts?
