Observation and a comment.
Observation: I occasionally use a comment at the end of a rule on the line
with the rule.
The most common such is probably "# no /i"
Presumably these will remain legal comments on the rule. I believe that is
the case, but wanted to make sure.
Comment: Code should be added to the rule extractor/parser to see if there
are valid starting and ending delimiters on the re, and if not complain
rather than barf.
