I agree, my intention was to bring in front of the devs some possible policy 
issues the maintainer of rfci has going.  In the slight chance that the SA devs 
seen that as wrong (or bad policy), they could make a decision either way, just 
so they know whats going on.  They took the time to check into it, didn't seem 
to bother them so we can all move on.  It's history now, we are filed in 
bugzilla and if anything in the future happens like this, we can come back here 
and start over again.

If SURBL can have a local whitelist can we get one in place for all rbl tests?

I could see this issue being moot if one could whitelist rp.com on our own 
since I feel they have done nothing wrong.  Would it be a bad thing for me to 
suggest to SA devs to include roaringpenguin.com in this local whitelist if 
made available?
