SpamAssassin is quite a bit more flexible than Outlook. Your problem is only
with SpamAssassin's default settings (and Outlook's lack of functionality).
You can get what you want in a number of different ways with your choice of
local settings using one or more of the following options:
report_safe
rewrite_header
add_header
report
unsafe_report
Read up on those options and if you still have questions ask about it on the
spamassassin users mailing list.
