I'm going to be traveling for a while and probably won't get a chance to offer an opinion, but I'll go along with anything everyome else agrees with. The one thing I am opposed to is changing the default just because Outlook is too brain damaged to handle custom headers or more than three lines in the body. If that's the only reason to change it, then the Outlook users can deal with it in their local preferences.
