I don't disagree, it just seems a little weird to only penalize people that have
websites with a (name server) provider that also hosts a spammer, but not people
that only have email with that same provider.

I just don't want to open it up to where spammers just stick their email address
in the mail but no domain.  I could see it happen in spams such as the ones that
include a price list for software.

In any case, I'm sure that there will be fewer FPs.  Here's the last net test
mass check to compare with next week's:
