I'm stuck trying to do the right thing in dcc_report, which is called by
plugin_report.
The call to dccproc in dcc_report (and to dccifd when I implement that) should
pass in $permsgstatus->{relays_external}->[0]->{ip}
but $permsgstatus is not in the argument list of plugin_report the way it is in
the plugin rule check_dcc call.
How is plugin_report supposed to get access to the PerMsgStatus object?
