It appears that (at least) revisions 224593 and 232927 are spuriously present in
tags/spamassassin_release_3_1_0 although they are not in the official 3.1.0
tarball nor in the newer spamassassin_release_3_1_x tags. This might create some
problems for someone attempting to iteratively import from these tags to
recreate history, or whatever.
