sure, it's 'non fatal'.

but here's the issue ...

*IF* the plugins WERE in the dir that 72_active specifies/looks-in,
they'd be loaded DESPITE my NOT having enabled them in *.pre.

though, not a fatal error, is that the functionality that's really intended?

again, the way it's been explained to me repeatedly is - plugins load
only if spec'd to do so in *.pre.
