That's bad. I'll try to submit patches because I really rely on it.

The current configuration file format doesn't allow parameters to be set to
empty (""). I guess that most people have created a user and configured SA to
use it, or they live with errors about binding errors. It's very unlikely to
break anything.

I don't think we absolutly have to put it into 3.2.2, it's been broken for some
time now already, anyway.
