Earlier in the page you have the option of asking them to request you be unsubscribed, so that part about "provide your email address to the sender" is only if you have asked them to (default on the form is to not do so). I still think the Habeas rule is working as designed unless we get some feedback that the occasional FP is not handled properly when reported to Habeas. Please follow through with these two spams and let us know the results.
