Well, not that fast, sir :-)

Sure there is something weird but this has nothing to do with a "timeout" from
SA. If I get a response from a server (whatever response) I cannot get a
timeout for this query, right? That is the key. 

Anyway, a query on a blacklisted IP is returning a positive (standard)
response:

host 50.33.213.190.dnsbl.sorbs.net
50.33.213.190.dnsbl.sorbs.net has address 127.0.0.7
***

So, nothing strange here.
