Sorry for not including more details. I was using the package from Fedora 12's distribution (was installed using yum) so that should be the one. I'm using a modified version of amavisd that's a part of another product (maia mailguard.) I also do use MySQL to store the Bayes data. Robert LeBlanc from that product mentioned there's an update forthcoming that will improve compatibility. It looks like the real problem is that the modified version of amavisd hasn't been updated to support SA 3.3.0 yet. My apologies for not checking on that before reporting.
