I agree. I would also suggest to include a per-recipient option to "munge" the spam recipients. SpamCop accounts may be configured to munge recipients. I was unable to understand if KnujOn does or doesn't it by its own, but I figure a lot of possible spam-reporting services don't munge spam recipients.
