This is what caused the problem, in my local.cf: envelope_sender_header X-Envelope-From
spampd had been creating that header for me, but I'm not using spampd anymore, so it was looking for a non-existent header. Thanks for the help. Found it by removing my entire /etc/spamassassin and ~/.spamassassin, noticing the problem went away, then narrowing it down to my local.cf, then binary searching the local.cf (via head -n x). -- "Of course there's strength in numbers.
