Looks good, signatures are alright, tests pass,
diff to trunk makes sense.

+1 for rc2
I think you are actually voting against it with your statements below. A release candidate *is* the release.

If it is voted yes, the actual release is built from the same code for the rc with a version change. You can't vote for rc2 + extra stuff though I would be fine with README and similar text/grammatical/reformatting changes.

So I'm reading this email as a -1.
Proposed Announcement follows.
Was distracted by Bug 6945 and other duties yesterday so
I didn't yet prepare other contributions for the announcement
text. Will do so, but for RC2 it's alright as it is.

Seems like some longer lines in the announcement get wrapped
in a mail, will narrow down the margin a little.

Please review the change in Bug 6945, should go into final
in my opinion.
Then we need an rc3 and I'll change that to a blocker
I wonder what happened to Plugins/RelayCountry2.pm,
seems to have been lost/forgotten somewhere - I only have
it in my repository and in actual use, but is not in svn.

Only reference to it I see is https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6599

If this is the code from Matt Dainty, we need a CLA for his code IMO and some decision if we are going to support it or if Henrik already rolled in some of Matt's changes. The bug is unclear to me and hopefully since you are using the plugin you'll better recognize the situation more quickly.

Regards,
KAM
