Click "(source details)" (it's tiny and low contrast).
It's from the second and third columns of the line that ends with

Ok.

1) What does it mean that they are "too old"? Does it somehow affect something?
2) What can we do about it? Do we have to do something for it?

The purpose of this mail is somewhat unclear to me. Yes, I am a developer, but not a dev of SA. So I have to ask..

Bear with me, if this is stoopid.

This email tells the developers the current state of RuleQA, the AI
that automates the score assignments and publication of a subset of
the SA rules. It means the scores of some rules won't be perfectly
reflective of the current state of email (though it's only been a few
days so that's not really an issue).

The information is meant for the people who have access to the server
that RuleQA runs on, so don't worry about not understanding it.

Ok, thanks. I had to ask, as I am deploying daily the results to ruleqa from my corpus, and wondered why it is "too old" while still over the thresholds.

I will leave it at that.
