Good question. Rules were not published because we did not meet the
weekly test thresholds so daily tests will not be used to generate new
scores for daily updates until a weekly succeeds.
Unfortunately, the weekly tests are more resource intensive and run by
volunteers so we effectively have to wait for the next week to
catch-up. In the mean time, ruleqa is still gathered and the data is
usable. And rules are being generated, just not published to DNS.
