It is just plain wrong to say
0.0 T_DKIM_INVALID DKIM-Signature header exists but is not valid
even if the score is 0, just because the
optional Mail::DKIM Perl module is not installed.

optional Mail::DKIM Perl module is not installed."
It is just like saying "the defendant is hereby pronounced guilty"
because the judge didn't show up today.
Even if you say "well it doesn't matter, because we gave the criminal a
sentence of 0 years, so who cares."
