As additional note, I did think and look at it a bit.. meta rules are one thing and they were manageable, as they are a dedicaded rule type with a dependency logic from the get-go. But sorting and queueing body/header/etc rules according to if they have variable dependencies is bordering on crazy to me with the current Check.pm and priority system logic.
