Terminology Update

We will not be using the term Predicate going forward. If any lingering usage 
in JIRA/ design wiki still exists, it should just mean config objects that the 
connectors will provide for supporting their form of delta fetch and merge 
support. 

Hope the following explanation reasons why I choose to go with Config.

Second, I will consistently use Delta Fetch(for the FROM side ) and Delta 
Merge( for the TO side.), It is upto the connector to define what it actually 
means for them.
So from now on if there is any mention of Incremental, it SHOULD mean Delta.
