Regarding user facing:
* I think incremental jobs are fundamentally different from user perspective 
than non-incremental - in the sense that one job is expected to provide all the 
data, and the other is expected to provide a subset. Therefore, as a user, I'd 
like to be able to know whether a job is incremental or not before starting it. 
I'd like "show job" to show whether a job is incremental or full. 
It may be an implementation detail, but if we let each connector define its own 
config, it may be challenging for the framework to display this consistently.
