I'm still -1. I don't understand the changes to worker.clj. Workers should
start processing and sending immediately regardless of whether they're
connected to other workers yet. The connecting/reconnecting/buffering/dropping
logic should be completely encapsulated within the netty classes (as it was
with zeromq).
