Hi Raj, As I understood, Your suggestion is to make a Passenger cartridge instead of Ruby cartridge. If a Passenger cartridge is created don't we install Ruby on it. Client's requirement is a Ruby environment where he can deploy Ruby apps. Sorry if I have misunderstood.
