Thanks Huajie for driving this discussion and collecting statistical
information!

Over the past two years, I've observed StreamPark's impressive journey
as part of the Apache Incubator. During this incubation period, the
project has experienced significant growth, attracting a vibrant
community of contributors and gaining adoption by numerous companies.

I firmly believe that achieving TLP status will further enhance
StreamPark's appeal to developers and users alike, positioning it as a
more mature and reliable project. This milestone will undoubtedly aid
in expanding its community and solidifying its foundation.

I am enthusiastic about StreamPark's potential as a TLP and look
forward to contributing to its ongoing success.

Best regards,
NIng.Guo
