An initial response was made within hours of the bug being opened, but it's taken you nearly two weeks to add any feedback, which basically just amounts to bile. Setting <prefer-web-inf-classes> to "true" only (potentially) changes the way that web application classes are loaded, it doesn't affect the rest of your application's modules (I'm talking about J2EE app modules here, not Struts modules).
