I did something wrong and managed to fix the problem.

Here is what I have done so far. I created directory called
struts/trunk/ and downloaded all the source files and added them to
the local SVNRepository.

On the http://www.apache.org/dev/version-control.html page, the
command for anonymous checkout is "svn checkout
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/trunk somefile"

Where do I execute this command? Can I do it through the TortoiseSVN
or I have to download a SSH Client like PUTTY to check out the file? I
would like to contribute to struts source.

Any help is appreaciated.
