I just wanted to note here: Lukasz is one of my colleagues, and he wowed our
whole team when he showed this to everyone this morning.  I think this is a
great evolution of the more complex conditional validators, especially when you
consider the ability to reference data outside of the current field, and even
the current request.

I expect to commit this unless there are serious objections -- but we thought it
made sense to post it in Bugzilla to give people a chance to check it out and
make any constructive criticisms, as well as give due process to the potential
of adding another dependency to Struts (JEXL).
