Does that imply translators are the ones who best know _all_ of Subversion's potential failure modes? After all, a developer might know 90% of the codebase well enough to know the potential failure modes, but a translator knows _every single error message_ we have. I suppose there's a little bias introdued by use of SVN_ERR_ASSERT(), which doesn't get translated.
