This should be fixed, unless I messed something up.

TL;DR:  Make sure all svnbook URLs use the canonical
https://svnbook.red-bean.com/... form (not svnbook.com, www.svnbook.org,
etc.).

The previous site configuration supported incoming non-SSL requests aimed
at [www.]svnbook.[com|org] and the canonical svnbook.red-bean.com, and
redirected everything to the canonical server name.  For now, I've
configured ONLY the canonical svnbook.red-bean.com for SSL support.  Old
non-SSL URLs that point at non-canonical server names will still redirect
to the (now-SSL) canonical server name.
