btw i realized that most of you use DKIM, but do not protect the
MIME headers that you nonetheless use.  This counteracts the
purpose of DKIM a bit, as shown by the "noxxi attack" in 2017:

Including mime-version, content-type, content-transfer-encoding
and content-disposition would be an improvement.  (If that is your
desire.)
