Why not?
Because these control characters will not change the order of RTL
characters. It will only change the order of text portions in BiDi
paragraphs. [...]

this is what "Unicode Standard Annex #9: The Bidirectional Algorithm"
says about LRO:
LRO: Left-to-Right Override: Force following characters to be treated as
strong left-to-right characters.
Therefore LRO does what Fridrich says. But I'm not sure if the shaping
of the RTL characters will be correct if they are painted LTR. I'll have
to discuss this with HDU.
