An encoding error in the Danish messages files causes an
UnknownFormatConversionException. I've supplied a patch that fixes the
issue:

Also, as Geoff stated, there's a problem wrt. blank logical page names.
This has actually been the behaviour for a while, but after a recent
change to ComponentSource#getPage(String) has become a problem, as the
method will not accept a blank page name any longer:

candidate. If no critical, unpatchable errors occur, this can be the
5.0 GA. I'm already looking forward to doing some ambitious things in
the 5.1. release.
