Here's an untested full version. Introduces a tephra-hbase-compat-1.5 module.
The code is *identical* to the 1.4 compat module. Not sure it's really needed,
but sure enough will make this future proof. It will also ensure that the
coprocessors are actually built against HBase 1.5.
