I think you should still add tests for Hbase-1.5, especially if 1.5 is still a
snapshot, we want the tests to catch it if something changes.
It would require a little bit of restructuring, see the hbase-compat-1.1-base
and its sub-modules - each runs the tests with a different HBase dependency
version.
Do you know when 1.5 will be released? At that time, we will have to update the
pom to not depend on the snapshot version anymore. Perhaps that would be a
better time for a Tephra release.
