OK. That means it isn't quite as bad as it could be.

What about the other packages in the original list? Are:

org.apache.tomcat.util.bcel
org.apache.tomcat.util.http.fileupload.impl
org.apache.tomcat.util.http.fileupload.util.mime

still present?
