I'm thinking that we need to separate the Vote phase page from voting. I think that the page where voting is done should be a "ballot". We need to think what the ATR entry points are. 1. Release managers making a release. 2. Voting on a release. 3. Managing committee roles and setup. 4. Catalog - project lifecycles. 5.
