I agree, but IMHO clarifying the 2 categories of assets ("classical" ASF
distribution and third party distributions) will be useful
for example, the way I read all the items feels very third-party only, as in
#475 : adding ASF distribution (that is neutral to the technology = what is the
most interesting to me, as all ASF projects are covered at once on this scope)
would be useful to make people reading this understand of the "wider
distributions"
another topic that seems implicit: you talk about GHA
I think we'll need both CI-managed release (GHA for now), but also manual,
isn't it?
