Who approves that list? Infra are tracking it, but are they or Security or anybody else also approving it? If nobody is approving it, and it's just documentation about decisions that PMCs are making for themselves, then I assume that means that we should allow any PMC to configure committers to be release managers? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
