Hi Volker,

Let me summarize my situation. On my system (P4 3.2GH with
hyperthreading), it did not go forward at all when I ran 'dmake' in
root tree. It just hung and did not produce any output. Regarding to
IZ 51560, I confirmed the snapshot version of cygwin (20050901) solved
the testcase, but it did not help for my issue. My workaround was to
remove '-f' and to create empty .tcshrc. Right now, build is going
fine for 12 hours :-)

To trace my issue, I wonder if there is a way to figure out what kind
of script is running when I ran dmake.

By the way, your script (tcsh_hang.csh) was OK on my system for now. I
will try with 20050826 version once my build is done.

Thanks,
Jeongkyu
