Hi Stephan,

well, linkoo & this blacklist have served me and a bunch of others
quite well over more than a year - I'd guess that's enough empirical
evidence to say that it does work reliably. And for the newcomer, this
'hack' is nicely wrapped into a tool she can readily use.

Fine with me. I'm not insisting on the current solution, only pointing
out that triple copying around of files (local output -> solver ->
installation tree) is a major PITA and plainly non-obvious for new
developers.

So, constructive ideas, anybody?
