Yes, and we can add a warning that is printed at the end of linkoo execution, 
so no problem here I guess.

Pretty please! ;-)  I would be fine with the env variable that would be set in 
the ooenv script (that's a script to source created by linkoo) which would 
change the loadModuleRelative() behavior.
