It is of course a good idea to impose a *shell* on people. ;) SCNR,
but I think tcsh is much inferior to bash or even sh when it comes to
scripting. See for example the bash vs. tcsh definitions of
AUGMENT_LIBRARY_PATH at the end of
<http://svn.services.openoffice.org/ooo/cws/sb104/solenv/inc/unx.mk>.
That is also the reason why I would support completely dropping support
for tcsh from the OOo code base.
